Yoga Classes in Ridgewood, NY

ONE HOUR TO UNDO THE WEEK

At CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel in Ridgewood, our yoga classes give you one hour a week to slow down, move well, and undo what a week of sitting, stress, and screens does to your body. Whether you’re in Ridgewood, Bushwick, Glendale, or anywhere across Queens and Brooklyn, every pose is guided and scaled to you. It works the same whether you’ve practised for years or have never set foot on a mat.

Is this for me?

WHO IS YOGA FOR?

Yoga here is for people who spend their week working, not competing. Teachers, nurses, artists, business owners, anyone who finishes the week tight, tired, and a little wound up. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. You need one hour where someone tells you exactly what to do and your only job is to follow along and breathe.

Most of our members walked in having never done yoga. They came because their body felt stiff, their head felt full, or they were bored of doing the same thing and getting nowhere. They stayed because they felt better walking out than they did walking in, every single time. Wherever you’re starting from, the class meets you there.

YOGA QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The questions we hear most from people standing outside the door, answered straight.

  • I've never done yoga. Will I be lost?

No. Plenty of our members had never done a single class before walking in. The instructor talks you through every movement and shows you what to do. You follow along at your own pace. Nobody is watching you, and nobody expects you to know what you’re doing.

  • Do I need to be flexible?

That’s like saying you need to be clean before you shower. You do yoga to get more flexible, not the other way round. Every pose has an easier version, and tight is exactly where most people start.

  • Do I have to do CrossFit to come to yoga?

Not at all. Some members come only for yoga, some use it to recover from training, some do both. It’s open to anyone in Ridgewood, Bushwick, and the surrounding area, whether or not you ever touch a barbell.

  • What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a bottle of water. That’s it. Let us know when you book if you need to borrow a mat.

  • When are classes and how long are they?

Classes run on Sunday and last one hour, start to finish. Check the live schedule for the current time, and book your first one through a free intro so a coach can point you in the right direction.
