Who is CrossFit for?

CrossFit works for more people than you’d think. Most of our members aren’t ex-athletes — they’re busy parents, over-40s building strength, people bored of regular gyms, and complete beginners who wanted coaching instead of guesswork.

The workout is the same for everyone. The scaling is what makes it yours — your coach adjusts the load, movement, and intensity so you get exactly what you need regardless of where you’re starting from.

Scaled to your level

Every movement has options. You get the version that challenges you without wrecking you.

A plan, not random work

Programming is written in cycles so strength, conditioning, and skill all move in the same direction.

Seven days a week

Classes run from early morning through evening, so there is almost always a slot that fits your day.

Our CrossFit Workout

What a CrossFit class looks like…

Every class follows the same structure so you always know what to expect — even on your first day.

Duration:

Classes are 60 minutes, start to finish. Most members train 3–5 days per week — but plenty start with 2–3 and build from there. We’ll help you find what’s sustainable.

Warm-Up

We prep the muscles and movement patterns you’ll use that day — mobility, activation, and practice reps to build confidence before the work starts.

Strength or skill work

Focused time on barbell lifts, gymnastics skills, or other movements with coaching and progressions that match your level. This is where technique gets built.

Workout of the day - WOD

The conditioning piece — a scalable workout that challenges your fitness without wrecking you. Your coach gives you the right options for load, movement, and intensity so you get a great session regardless of where you’re starting from.

Cool-Down

Guided recovery and a chance to reset before you head back into your day. Your coach may also flag things to work on before your next session.

Questions?

CrossFit Gym FAQs

The questions we hear most from people standing outside the door, answered straight.

  • Is CrossFit right for beginners?

Yes — and beginners start every week. Everything is coach-led and scaled to your ability. You don’t need a base level of fitness to walk in. You just need to show up and be willing to learn.

  • What if I'm nervous about my first class?

That’s completely normal. Almost every member felt the same way before they started. You’ll be welcomed by name, talked through everything before you do it, and coached at your pace. Nobody is watching you — they’re too busy working on their own stuff.

  • What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

We work with people managing bad backs, dodgy knees, shoulder issues, and everything in between. Your coach modifies movements so you can train confidently and keep making progress without making anything worse.

  • Do I need to get fit before I start CrossFit?

No — that’s what CrossFit is for. You don’t get fit to start, you start to get fit. The workouts meet you where you are on day one and build from there.

  • How is this different from a normal gym?

At a normal gym you’re on your own — no coaching, no programming, no accountability. Here, a coach tells you exactly what to do, watches your form, scales the workout to your level, and you train alongside people who actually know your name. That’s why people stay.
